The Story so far.
Welcome to my About Me page! I created this website because platforms like LinkedIn cannot fully showcase my 40 years of achievements in the mission-critical industry. For instance, my career spans data center infrastructure, strategic leadership, and operational excellence. Moreover, I aim to share my expertise with prospective clients and build a platform for future independent work.
Currently, I serve as a Director at Geneire Group, overseeing client-facing operations. For example, I specialize in project consultancy, due diligence, site selection, and negotiations across regions like Saudi Arabia, UAE, UK, and the Americas. Additionally, I drive business development, particularly by securing tenants for data center owners. Consequently, my work ensures successful project delivery.
Previously, as Senior Projects & Design Director, I led the design and construction of LEED Gold and Platinum data centers. Similarly, at Taka Solutions, I tripled revenue from 18 million AED to 51 million AED in one year. Furthermore, I managed the 7.2 billion Euro Intel FAB34 project. As a result, I’ve honed expertise in managing teams and delivering innovative CSA, HVAC&R, and cooling solutions.
Initially, I qualified as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer, working with global leaders. Therefore, my design and technical skills are exceptional. In addition, I’m a long-service member of the Institute of Refrigeration and ASHRAE. Likewise, I advocate for sustainable methods like off-site manufacturing. Hence, my projects deliver value and sustainability.
With a BA in Management, Economics, Strategy, and Psychology, I blend technical and strategic expertise. Ultimately, this page reflects my commitment to excellence in data center solutions. Thus, I invite you to connect for tailored, innovative services.
